Excellent so far! SeaBuckWonders, Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend, Omega-7 Complete is fantastic for my dry eyes. When I run out, the roughness in my eyes is noticeable, especially with the air conditioning on. I switched from fish oil to this because it has all the ingredients I need, including omega 3, 6, 9, and 7, making it plant-based. Omega 7 offers great benefits for heart and brain health. This is now my third bottle.
